These meatballs are excellent, whether by themselves or in a sauce.
I love this recipe. Very quick and simple. I’m not sure where the reverse part came from as it’s essentially just the guts of an egg roll without the roll, but that’s what I heard it called and I’m sticking to it. (“Reverse Egg Rolls” does sound better than “Egg Roll Guts”, so maybe there is a method to the madness.)
Crispy, tangy, tender, juicy… you get the idea… chicken nuggets from scratch.
Full disclosure: I have no idea why this bread (almost) tastes like sour dough, but it really does. And it’s soft, holds up when slicing, and absolutely delicious.
Our son loves this banana bread. It is lightly sweet and has a great texture. And best of all, the bread machine does all of the heavy lifting.
Simple, quick, and will keep you full for a while. It can be eaten by itself or on bread or crackers (also pretty good as a lettuce wrap).
Hearty and delicious with a bit of a kick to it.
Soft and delicious homemade tortillas.
Odds are that you’ve never heard of this dish which takes its name from Brown Hotel in Louisville, KY where it originated. It is rich and delicious, and it’s a great way to use that leftover turkey.
Hands down, this is the best potato salad I’ve ever had. Takes a bit more time versus other “American” or “Southern” styles, but definitely worth it.
