Full disclosure: I have no idea why this bread (almost) tastes like sour dough, but it really does. And it’s soft, holds up when slicing, and absolutely delicious.
Our son loves this banana bread. It is lightly sweet and has a great texture. And best of all, the bread machine does all of the lifting.
Simple, quick, and will keep you full for a while. It can be eaten by itself or on bread or crackers (also pretty good as a lettuce wrap).
