Southwest Oh-My Pasta

  • 1 pound ground beef or ground sausage
  • 2 medium sweet onions, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small squash, thinly-sliced
  • 1 full batch of Oh-My Sauce
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely-ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 16 ounces shells pasta, cooked according to package and drained

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, onions, and peppers. Sauté until beef is done and onions are translucent.
  2. Add squash and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add Oh-My Sauce and heat through.
  1. In a large pot or serving bowl, combine sauce and pasta. Serve.
