- 1 pound ground beef or ground sausage
- 2 medium sweet onions, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 small squash, thinly-sliced
- 1 full batch of Oh-My Sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely-ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 16 ounces shells pasta, cooked according to package and drained
Directions:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, onions, and peppers. Sauté until beef is done and onions are translucent.
- Add squash and sauté for 1 minute.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add Oh-My Sauce and heat through.




- In a large pot or serving bowl, combine sauce and pasta. Serve.
