- 1 can (10 ounces) Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 1-1/2 tablespoons minced onion (fresh, not dried)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried finely chopped parsley
- 1/4 to 3/8 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
- Optional: 1/8 teaspoon dill weed
- For drier application (such as on a tortilla or as pictured below), drain Ro-Tel thoroughly.
- Combine ingredients well.
