You know that incredible sauce you get on gyros and other Greek food? Yeah, this is (and isn’t) it. And if you don’t have a clue what I’m talking about, just make this and you will. It is heavenly.
If you’ve watched any of Ethan’s videos, you’ll know that he puts these on EVERYTHING. Super simple and versatile. And seriously, who doesn’t like pickled anything? (Well, almost… not knocking anyone who digs them, but I personally draw the line somewhere short of pig’s feet.)
I haven’t tried this yet, but since I can’t seem to find it in my local grocery, it’s a good place to start.
This is a copycat recipe of a dipping sauce from a wings franchise, and it is really good on tater tots.
When I tasted this, I said, “[Oh-My], that’s good.” (The actual phrase spoken may or may not have included “Oh-My”, but after consulting with my wife, we decided on a name for it that was a little more in line with the family values of this site.)
Less than 5 minutes to make, and so good that I’ve eaten it all by itself… several times.

1-1/2 cups salad oil (basically, any cooking oil) 1/2 cup vinegar 1/3 cup minced parsley 1/2 teaspoon red pepper 3 tablespoons minced green pepper 1 large onion, chopped 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon powdered sugar 1 tablespoon salt 3 oz package cream cheese, softened Directions: In a blender, blend well all ingredients.
2/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish Directions: Mix together and refrigerate.
