Ethan Chlebowski’s Pickled Onions

If you’ve watched any of Ethan’s videos, you’ll know that he puts these on EVERYTHING. Super simple and versatile. And seriously, who doesn’t like pickled anything? (Well, almost… not knocking anyone who digs them, but I personally draw the line somewhere short of pig’s feet.)

Oh-My Sauce

Tangy Cream Salad Dressing

1-1/2 cups salad oil (basically, any cooking oil) 1/2 cup vinegar 1/3 cup minced parsley 1/2 teaspoon red pepper 3 tablespoons minced green pepper 1 large onion, chopped 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon powdered sugar 1 tablespoon salt 3 oz package cream cheese, softened Directions: In a blender, blend well all ingredients.

Celery Seed Dressing
