I haven’t tried this yet, but since I can’t seem to find it in my local grocery, it’s a good place to start.
This is a copycat recipe of a dipping sauce from a wings franchise, and it is really good on tater tots.
When I tasted this, I said, “[Oh-My], that’s good.” (The actual phrase spoken may or may not have included “Oh-My”, but after consulting with my wife, we decided on a name for it that was a little more in line with the family values of this site.)
Less than 5 minutes to make, and so good that I’ve eaten it all by itself… several times.
4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup Mayonnaise (Duke’s preferred) 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice 1 tablespoon sriracha 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin Directions: Stir all ingredients together with a whisk or fork. 1-1/2 cups salad oil (basically, any cooking oil) 1/2 cup vinegar 1/3 cup minced parsley 1/2 teaspoon red pepper 3 tablespoons minced green pepper 1 large onion, chopped 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon powdered sugar 1 tablespoon salt 3 oz package cream cheese, softened Directions: In a blender, blend well all ingredients.
2/3 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup ketchup 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish Directions: Mix together and refrigerate.
