Oh-My Sauce

When I tasted this, I said, “[Oh-My], that’s good.” (The actual phrase spoken may or may not have included “Oh-My”, but after consulting with my wife, we decided on a name for it that was a little more in line with the family values of this site.)

Tangy Cream Salad Dressing

1-1/2 cups salad oil (basically, any cooking oil) 1/2 cup vinegar 1/3 cup minced parsley 1/2 teaspoon red pepper 3 tablespoons minced green pepper 1 large onion, chopped 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 tablespoon powdered sugar 1 tablespoon salt 3 oz package cream cheese, softened Directions: In a blender, blend well all ingredients.

Celery Seed Dressing

1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons celery seeds 2 teaspoons grated onion 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 2 teaspoons horseradish 1 cup salad oil (basically, any cooking oil) Directions: In a blender, blend together all ingredients. (Source: Mrs. Alva Bergstrom, Tampa, FL)

Cucumber Salad Dressing
