- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Put all ingredients in blender; blend well.
- Pour into sauce pan, and bring to boil. Simmer a few minutes to thicken.
