Red Wine Vinegar Salad Dressing

  • 1-1/2 cups red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1/3 cups canola oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan, bring vinegar and sugar to boil. Cool.
  2. Add oil, salt, and pepper.

(Granny’s Note: For tomato, cucumber, and onion)

(Tim the Younger’s Note: It would seem that this recipe, or at least an extension of it, is genetic. On my own, I came up with a recipe that, while it uses store-bought red wine vinaigrette, is meant for tomatoes, cucumber, and onions.)
