This really is an amazing dish. It was my first time trying gnocchi, and I told my wife it felt familiar, like a “posh chicken and dumplings”, but the flavor is amazing, and while I’m generally more function over form, you have to admit that it has quite a bit of visual appeal.
Hands down, this is the best potato salad I’ve ever had. This does take a bit more time to make versus regular “American” or “Southern” styles, but I promise it is worth it.
This is a “Don’t Starve” spaghetti, so if you’re looking for something exciting or new, you won’t find it here.
