Our son loves this banana bread. It is lightly sweet and has a great texture. And best of all, the bread machine does all of the heavy lifting.

Strawberry Sauce
2 cups strawberries, sliced 1 cup granulated sugar 1 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch Directions: Mix strawberries and sugar. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. In a sauce pan, simmer for 15 minutes. Add cornstarch and thicken.
Maple Nut Syrup
1-1/4 cup white corn syrup 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup walnuts 1 teaspoon maple flavoring Directions: In a sauce pan, mix corn syrup, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes until thick. Stir in walnuts and maple flavoring.
