Praline Syrup

  • 2 cups dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 teaspoons corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan, mix well corn syrup, sugar, water, and starch.
  2. Bring to boil for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract and nuts.
