- 2 cups dark corn syrup
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 teaspoons corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups chopped nuts
Directions:
- In a sauce pan, mix well corn syrup, sugar, water, and starch.
- Bring to boil for 1 minute.
- Stir in vanilla extract and nuts.
