Crock Pot Peanut Candy

Layer in 6 quart crock pot:

  • 16 oz dry roasted peanuts, salted
  • 16 oz dry roasted peanuts, unsalted
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate morsels
  • 4 oz German chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 3 lbs white chocolate almond bark

Directions:

  1. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours without removing lid.
  2. Turn off heat; DO NOT remove lid. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Remove lid and stir well.
  4. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper. Let air dry.
