Maple Nut Syrup

  • 1-1/4 cup white corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon maple flavoring


  1. In a sauce pan, mix corn syrup, water, and sugar.
  2. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes until thick.
  3. Stir in walnuts and maple flavoring.
