This is my new favorite way to cook pork loin. Tender, juicy, and delicious. The only downside is that you’re probably not going to have any leftovers.

White Barbecue Sauce
For Chicken or Pork (Granny’s Note: Very good!) 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon yellow mustard 1-1/2 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 cup catsup 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce Directions: Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Pour over chicken or pork chops. Bake in 350 F oven until tender.
