- 1/2 cup instant grits, cooked according to package
- 1 roll (6 ounces) garlic cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Add cheese and margarine to grits, stirring until cheese melts.
- Combine eggs and milk; stir into grits.
- Transfer to a lightly-greased 1 quart casserole dish. (I think that’s going to be an 8- x 8-inch dish.)
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
