- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whole milk (or 2 cups to make a dressing)
- 2 small/medium tomatoes, diced (or 1-1/2 cans diced tomatoes)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1-1/4 teaspoons table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
