Oh-My Sauce

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whole milk (or 2 cups to make a dressing)
  • 2 small/medium tomatoes, diced (or 1-1/2 cans diced tomatoes)
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1-1/4 teaspoons table salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 3/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
