Tuna Salad

  • 1 can tuna in water
  • 2 to 2-1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
  • Optional (not all-or-nothing; any or all of them are tasty when added):
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt or celery salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon coarsely-ground black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder and/or garlic powder
    • 1/8 teaspoon paprika, chili powder, or ground red pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley


  1. Drain tuna.
  2. Combine all ingredients well. Good refrigerated for up to 3 days.
