- 1 can tuna in water
- 2 to 2-1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- Optional (not all-or-nothing; any or all of them are tasty when added):
- 1/4 teaspoon salt or celery salt
- 1/8 teaspoon coarsely-ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder and/or garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika, chili powder, or ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions:
- Drain tuna.
- Combine all ingredients well. Good refrigerated for up to 3 days.
