Spinach Dip

10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry 16 oz container sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix Optional: 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped Optional: 3 green onions, chopped Directions: Combine all ingredients; chill about 2 hours. (Pretty sure this a Knorr brand recipe.)

Salmon Party Spread

8 oz cream cheese 16 oz can salmon, drained and flaked 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon grated onion 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/4 teaspoon salt Parsley Directions: Mix all ingredients except parsley. Refrigerate 8 hours (no longer than 4 days). Sprinkle with parsley.

Hot Dog Chili

3 lbs ground beef 1-1/2 lbs ground sausage 1 cup dried minced onion (or 1 large fresh) 3-3/4 cups ketchup 3-3/4 cups water 2 tablespoons chili powder Directions: Brown beef and sausage; drain.
