Sauce (for Fruit)

(Granny’s Note: Use for topping for fresh, frozen, or canned fruit)

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup whipped topping (cool whip)

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar and flour. Add eggs and juices.
  2. Cook over medium heat until thick. Cool.
  3. Stir in whipped topping.
