- 16 oz cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons steak sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1-1/2 cups ground cooked chicken (or pulled chicken)
- 1/3 cup ground celery
- 1/8 cup and 1/8 cup fresh parsley, separated
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
Directions:
- Mix cream cheese, steak sauce, curry powder, chicken, celery, and 1/8 cup fresh parsley. Form into a 9 inch log, wrap in plastic, and chill.
- Mix 1/8 cup parsley and almonds. Lightly press onto surface of log.
- Serve with crackers.
