Chicken Log

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons steak sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1-1/2 cups ground cooked chicken (or pulled chicken)
  • 1/3 cup ground celery
  • 1/8 cup and 1/8 cup fresh parsley, separated
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds


  1. Mix cream cheese, steak sauce, curry powder, chicken, celery, and 1/8 cup fresh parsley. Form into a 9 inch log, wrap in plastic, and chill.
  2. Mix 1/8 cup parsley and almonds. Lightly press onto surface of log.
  3. Serve with crackers.
