6 cups all-purpose flour 4 teaspoons baking powder 4 teaspoons salt 8 cups sugar 8 oz (1-1/2 cups) cocoa powder 2 cups vegetable shortening Directions: In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder.
