- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 8 cups sugar
- 8 oz (1-1/2 cups) cocoa powder
- 2 cups vegetable shortening
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add shortening; mix well.
- Store in airtight container. Use within 10 to 12 weeks.
