It was my first time trying gnocchi, and I told my wife it felt familiar, like a “posh chicken and dumplings”. Rich and savory with quite a bit of visual appeal.

Spinach Dip
10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, squeezed dry 16 oz container sour cream 1 cup mayonnaise 1 package Knorr Vegetable recipe mix Optional: 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped Optional: 3 green onions, chopped Directions: Combine all ingredients; chill about 2 hours. (Pretty sure this a Knorr brand recipe.)
