Onion Salad Dressing
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 medium onion, roughly chopped 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard 1/8 teaspoon rosemary 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 cup vegetable oil Directions: Blend vinegar, sugar, and onion. Add remaining ingredients and blend until desired consistency achieved.
Strawberry Sauce
2 cups strawberries, sliced 1 cup granulated sugar 1 to 2 tablespoons cornstarch Directions: Mix strawberries and sugar. Let sit overnight in refrigerator. In a sauce pan, simmer for 15 minutes. Add cornstarch and thicken.
Maple Nut Syrup
1-1/4 cup white corn syrup 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup walnuts 1 teaspoon maple flavoring Directions: In a sauce pan, mix corn syrup, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes until thick. Stir in walnuts and maple flavoring.
