Savory Baked Chicken Breasts

  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts, trimmed and pounded to approximately 3/4 inch thick
  • Kinder’s Buttery Steakhouse Rub (2 to 3 tablespoons)
  • Chili Powder or Paprika or Ground Cheyenne Pepper (1 to 2 teaspoons)
  • Cooking Oil, high smoke-point


  1. Preheat oven to 450 deg F.
  2. Pour oil evenly in 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  3. Place chicken in casserole dish in a layer. Turn chicken over to coat both sides with oil.
  4. Sprinkle Kinder’s and chili powder/paprika/cheyenne pepper evenly. Flip chicken and repeat.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150 deg F.
  6. Remove from oven. Cover in foil. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove foil. Drizzle juices over chicken with spoon. Serve hot.
