- 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats (I’m guessing this can be substituted with oatmeal.)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup white baking morsels
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter, and add sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix in flour mixture and oats, followed by cranberries, morsels, and nuts.
- Drop by tablespoon onto greased or parchment paper-covered baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown at edges.
- Remove to wire rack to cool.
