Taco Tidbits

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 8 cups Corn Chex
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Place butter in 7x11x2-inch microwave-safe dish.
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 60 to 70 seconds or until melted.
  3. Add taco seasoning. Stir.
  4. Stir in cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Microwave on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Stir. Repeat once.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Repeat once. Cool.
