- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2 to 3 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 8 cups Corn Chex
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Place butter in 7x11x2-inch microwave-safe dish.
- Cover and microwave on high for 60 to 70 seconds or until melted.
- Add taco seasoning. Stir.
- Stir in cereal until evenly coated.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes. Stir. Repeat once.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Repeat once. Cool.
