- 4 cups peaches, sliced
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose or self-rising)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 9-inch pan with pastry crust
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Mix peaches, sugar, and nutmeg in a bowl. Place into pastry pan.
- Beat egg and cream together. Pour over peaches.
- Mix brown sugar, flour, and butter. Sprinkle over peach mixture.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes until light brown.
- Serve warm with ice cream, sour cream, or Cool Whip
