Streusel Cream Peach Pie

  • 4 cups peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cream
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose or self-rising)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 9-inch pan with pastry crust


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Mix peaches, sugar, and nutmeg in a bowl. Place into pastry pan.
  3. Beat egg and cream together. Pour over peaches.
  4. Mix brown sugar, flour, and butter. Sprinkle over peach mixture.
  5. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until light brown.
  6. Serve warm with ice cream, sour cream, or Cool Whip
