- 4 thick-cut pork chops
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cups chicken broth (or two cups of water and 2 chicken bullion cubes)
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- In the slow cooker or a separate bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chops, salt, and pepper.
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
- Add mixture and chops to slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours, flipping the chops halfway through.
