Slow-Cooker Pork Chops

  • 4 thick-cut pork chops
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 cups chicken broth (or two cups of water and 2 chicken bullion cubes)
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  1. In the slow cooker or a separate bowl, whisk together all ingredients except chops, salt, and pepper.
  2. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Add mixture and chops to slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours, flipping the chops halfway through.
