- 4 cups fresh, frozen, or canned fruit
- 1-1/3 cups dry milk (is equal to 1 quart packet) (Yeah, not sure here)
- 1 cup water (or juice from fruit)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 tablespoon sugar
- Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth.
(Granny’s Note: For a tropical drink, use mixture of mango, papaya, and pineapple.)
