- 2 graham crackers, crushed
- 12 oz Cool Whip
- 1 can condensed milk
- One of:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup coconut, shaved
- 1 can crushed pineapple, well-drained
- 5 to 8 strawberries
- Coat bottom of pie pan in graham crackers (to create crust).
- Combine Cool Whip, condensed milk, and whichever fruit being used; mix well.
- Pour over graham cracker crust.
