No-Bake Fruit Pie

  • 2 graham crackers, crushed
  • 12 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • One of:
    • 1/4 cup lemon juice
    • 1 cup coconut, shaved
    • 1 can crushed pineapple, well-drained
    • 5 to 8 strawberries

Directions:

  1. Coat bottom of pie pan in graham crackers (to create crust).
  2. Combine Cool Whip, condensed milk, and whichever fruit being used; mix well.
  3. Pour over graham cracker crust.
