(Granny’s Note: I used pork butt or shoulder – very tender.)
- 4-6 chicken breasts
- 12 oz regular Pepsi
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup [Granny’s note: Mushroom soup with Pork]
- Mix soda, soy, and soup together in the crock pot.
- Put in the chicken, getting the liquid all over the pieces.
- Cook about 4 hours on low.
(Author’s note: We use boneless, skinless breasts; but you can use any pieces you like. Only double other ingredients if you do 5-6 lbs of chicken.)
