Pepsi Chicken (or Pork)

(Granny’s Note: I used pork butt or shoulder – very tender.)

  • 4-6 chicken breasts
  • 12 oz regular Pepsi
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup [Granny’s note: Mushroom soup with Pork]


  1. Mix soda, soy, and soup together in the crock pot.
  2. Put in the chicken, getting the liquid all over the pieces.
  3. Cook about 4 hours on low.

(Author’s note: We use boneless, skinless breasts; but you can use any pieces you like. Only double other ingredients if you do 5-6 lbs of chicken.)
