- 2 lbs shrimp
- 1 qt water
- 1 small onion (sweet) or onion powder
- Celery Leaves or Celery Salt
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1/2 cup White Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Dash of Tabasco (I think, really hard to read her writing)
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients other than shrimp in a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add shrimp.
- Boil for 2 to 5 minutes until shrimp is pink.
- Let sit. (Something follows this, but I can’t read it.)
- Drain.
