Shrimp Pasta Salad

  • 16 oz Garden Rotini
  • 24 oz (pre-cooked wt) Shrimp (small or medium), cooked
  • 12 oz Sweet Mixed Pickles
  • 8 oz Green Olives, with or without pimentos
  • 1 Medium Onion (sweet or Vidalia), chopped
  • 4 stalks of Celery
  • 2 cans Mushrooms (pieces and stems)
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 lb Hillshire smoked sausage, thinly sliced & browned
  • 2 to 3 cups cheddar, cubes or shredded
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Mayonnaise (Duke’s is preferred if available)


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Serve chilled.
