Tangy Cream Salad Dressing

  • 1-1/2 cups salad oil (basically, any cooking oil)
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons minced green pepper
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 oz package cream cheese, softened

Directions:

  1. In a blender, blend well all ingredients.
