- 2-1/2 cups corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 1-1/4 cups milk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Mix ingredients in bowl.
- In oiled or greased muffin tin, fill each space 2/3 full.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
