Corn Muffins

  • 2-1/2 cups corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1-1/4 cups milk


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Mix ingredients in bowl.
  3. In oiled or greased muffin tin, fill each space 2/3 full.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.

(Granny’s Note: Or pour into a 8×8-inch pan and bake for 25 minutes.)
