Potato Topper – Cheesy Broccoli

  • 10-3/4 oz can Campbell’s Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, cooked


  1. Stir soup in can until smooth.
  2. Place potatoes on microwave-safe plate.
  3. Fluff up potatoes (if baked).
  4. Top potatoes with broccoli.
  5. Spoon soup over potatoes.
  6. Microwave on high 4 minutes or until hot.
