- 1 cup salmon, flaked
- 1 cup mashed potatoes, prepared
- 6 chopped olives
- 1 teaspoon onion, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Combine other ingredients, and form into 4 balls; flatten.
- Saute for 3 minutes.
