Salmon & Potato Patties

  • 1 cup salmon, flaked (cooked and shredded…kinda)
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes, prepared
  • 6 chopped olives (assuming black, but doesn’t say)
  • 1 teaspoon onion, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Combine other ingredients, and form into 4 balls; flatten.
  3. Saute for 3 minutes.
