Chicken Pot Pie

  • 3-1/3 cups chicken, bite-size
  • 1-3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 10 oz can celery soup
  • 1-2/3 cups peas
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 3/4 cup milk


  1. Mix chicken, broth, soup, peas, and carrots, and pour into baking dish.
  2. Mix butter, flour, and mile, and pour over chicken mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 F until crust is light brown.
