Cranberry Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 small bottle (assumed 16 oz) Catalina dressing
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 small pork tenderloin

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix dressing, soup mix, and cranberry sauce together with a wire whisk.
  3. Place pork in well-greased baking dish and top with dressing mix.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.
  5. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
