- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 15 oz can corn, creamed or whole kernel
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup grated cheese
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 or 3 hot peppers, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Pour all ingredients into bowl; mix well.
- Pour into oiled or greased 9×9-inch baking dish.
- Bake until golden.
