- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 quart tomatoes, crushed
- 1 quart tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 15 oz can pinto beans
- 15 oz can whole kernel corn
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- Optional: Corn chips
Directions:
- Brown chuck and onions.
- Add remaining ingredients (except cheese and chips).
- Simmer covered 1 hour.
- Serve hot with grated cheese and corn chips.
