Taco Soup

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 quart tomatoes, crushed
  • 1 quart tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 15 oz can pinto beans
  • 15 oz can whole kernel corn
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • Optional: Corn chips

Directions:

  1. Brown chuck and onions.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese and chips).
  3. Simmer covered 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot with grated cheese and corn chips.
