Seasoned Rice

  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth, heated.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan; saute onion in butter.
  3. Add rice and broth; bring to a boil.
  4. Move contents to covered baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
