(Granny’s Note: Use for topping for fresh, frozen, or canned fruit)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3/4 cup whipped topping (cool whip)
- Combine sugar and flour. Add eggs and juices.
- Cook over medium heat until thick. Cool.
- Stir in whipped topping.
